Mt. Yatsugatake is a generic name for several of the mountains in the area.
With Mt. Akadake as the highest of the peaks, Mt. Gongendake, Mt. Amigasa and other peaks make up the Yatsugatake peaks. There are several routes suitable for novice to experienced climbers which is another attractive feature of Mt. Yatsugatake.
